Envisioning a Reconnected Albina: District Framework Open House

Portlanders are invited to an open house focused on shaping future urban design approaches and developing a District Framework to help reconnect Lower Albina. Attendees can explore concepts for streets, buildings, open spaces, and community connections, imagining how the neighborhood could evolve into a vibrant, inclusive hub of culture and community life.
