CETI: Postcards From Our Climate Resilient Future 2026
Join the launch event for Postcards from Our Climate Resilient Future on Friday, May 29, 2026, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Lincoln Hall Room 355 at Portland State University. Created in partnership with Multnomah County’s Office of Sustainability, the project combines creative placemaking and environmental storytelling through interactive augmented experiences.
Inspired by the Multnomah County Climate Justice Plan, Postcards from Our Climate Resilient Future explores educational, imaginative, joyful, and hopeful visions of a climate resilient future across the region. The project uses augmented experiences and public storytelling to imagine future possibilities throughout Multnomah County.
Visitors can explore the experiences in the space from 2 to 3 p.m., followed by short presentations around 3 p.m. A guided walk on PSU’s campus or to the waterfront may begin around 4 p.m., featuring temporary outdoor augmented experiences installed along the route.
Attendees will also be able to pick up a map and receive a special augmented postcard. More information is available on the project webpage, and guests are encouraged to RSVP if planning to attend.
