Albina Vision Trust: Back on the Block: Revisiting the Porches and Stoops of Afrotopia

Three years ago, Albina Vision Trust invited Portland to the Porches and Stoops of Afrotopia as they set the stage for Albina One, and they’re so excited to share that they will be returning on Saturday, September 6, 2025. This event is a celebration of the first families moving into Albina One, a 94-unit development that marks a major step forward in reclaiming and restoring the heart of Portland’s historically Black neighborhood, Albina. As they honor this milestone, they’re intentionally centering Black joy, creativity, and entrepreneurship, and they have invited local Black-owned businesses, artists, community organizations, and public institutions to join as vendors. Join them in community and be part of a powerful day rooted in love, legacy, and joy.
