Party on, Portland! in Holladay Park

Party on, Portland! (or POP! Party for short) in Holladay Park, brings together neighbors and small businesses from Lloyd, Sullivan’s Gulch, and Kerns for a FREE celebration of community at Holladay Park. With food, live music, giveaways, and tons of activities, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

This year’s POP! Party at Holladay Park will be held on Sunday, August 17, 2025, tentatively from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. POP will coincide with the Portland Criterium.

Kickstarted by Civic Life, Party on Portland events are a city-wide program for neighborhoods to host community celebrations to promote safety and encourage neighbors to get to know each other better.
