🎃 What’s Happening at The Witching Hour?
Saturday, November 1, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
-Pumpkin decorating stations, costume parades, and bike-decorating competitions
-Interactive educational booths with local nonprofits and community partners
-Street games, chalk art, and hands-on sustainability fun
-Beer garden + food vendors highlighting Portland favorites
-Costume contest with prizes for kids, adults, groups, and pets!
-Pop-up markets + creative vending
-Live music and DJs bringing the streets to life
12PM - 3PM | Milagro’s Día de los Muertos Altar Ride
A community ride that culminates at the festival, connecting Halloween energy with Day of the Dead traditions. Learn more.

The Blumenauer Witching Hour is both a party and a pilot. By closing portions of NE/SE 7th Avenue to cars, the festival demonstrates the viability of a car-free Green Loop.
